For more than two decades, he has helped clients define cost and operations transformation that create competitive advantage for their organizations. Chris Roark is a Managing Director responsible for leading Accenture's competitiveness and ZBx initiatives in North America. He helps consumer packaged goods, industrial and retail clients in driving enterprise value through growth strategies, operating model designs and structural cost resets. He is based in Chicago.
